Trying to finish writing another chapter...

So, i've been sitting at my computer for hours, once again watching tv re-runs and trying to type at least one more chapter of the book i'm writing, well, failing at writing.
Oh, and another thing, does anyone know how to unlock the "trim" button on sony vegas? it's seriously annoying.
